Laugh of the Week
Graywolf has found a linking policy and terms of service that I just had to share with you folks.
According to the link policy, in order to establish a link exchange to the Boston school of electrolysis, you must submit a written request with the following;
- Legal photo identification (passport or drivers license)
- A resume with THREE references
- Your legal address and landline telephone number (which you must be able to be reached without undue delay .. not more than three attempts)
- Your website address for personal inspection
- A written intent of usage
- A business plan with a proposal of why you want to be linked
Violations of usage include a DAILY charge of $1000.00 PLUS interest. Oh and you’ll also be labeled a “Cyber Pirate”.
I’m wondering, will I be charged this insane charge because I’m linking to their site? Oh oh, I have a great idea. Someone submit their site to thousands of spam directories and watch Google go haywire :)

Just saw this at Graywolf as well: hilarious, but I seriously doubt legally enforceable.

I have this weird feeling that the linking policy is in place because of this: http://www.bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com/transsexual-update3.php
I’d guess that the policy is designed to create some legal ground to go after her if she ever linked back to the site. *Craaazzzyyyy*

Or it could be a clever way of linkbaiting…

hehe. It’s a smart link baiting idea if so, however I doubt it. I’m still giggling at the cyber pirate part.
