Yaro aquires SmallBusinessBranding.com

by admin on December 21st, 2005

As a die hard reader of Entrepreneur’s Journey, I was excited to see Yaro purchase smallbusinessbranding.com from Michael Pollock.

Of course the question everyone is asking is how much. Luckily Yaro informs us that the price will indeed be revealed but at a later date as part of case study - most likely in audio format. Yippee!

i don’t get it. what’s your fetish about yaro? every second post seems to be about him and/or his blog.
call me an idiot, but i find that a young guy like yaro (how old is he? 18? 19?) offering “counselling and life coaching” is not only suspicious but a joke. sounds like these “chaka”-motivational speakers to me. maybe this is the way those chaka-types from the 90’s carry over to the new millenium. :)

nevertheless, hats off to him if he REALLY makes a couple of thousand $$ a month.

I don’t think people realize that Work Boxers has TWO different writers on it.

I for one enjoy Yaro’s blog (as well as workboxers, of course). I think alot of blogs dealing with online entrepeneurship tend to be more theoretical than anything. Yaro writes about actual experiences with his online business and what has worked for him.

I think you may be right Scrivs, perhaps post about it? :P

And as for Kazana, I haven’t talked about Yaro that much and if so it’s because he’s very inspirational. Have you read any of his posts about his online business experiances?

hey scrivs, yes, i am aware that it’s jamsi that dedicated his last few posts to yaro’s site, not you.

@jamsi: i have read a couple of his posts so far, and yes, they are pretty good, indeed. it’s not the fact that you mention yaro that made me post that - it’s more that it feels as if you recently ONLY post about him. it starts to feel like a presonal cult blog rather than the old-fashioned work boxer stuff. and, no offence, but yaro reminds me a lot of these abovementioned motivational dudes of the 90’s. whether he is one or not, i could never stand those chaka-priests. :)

aha, I understand. I’ve been a reader of Yaro for quite a while, not just of late.

I’ll try and cut down on the Yaro obsession :)

Awww, don’t stop Jamsi, I’ve always wanted a cult of my very own! ;-)

I really appreciate the occasional coverage Workboxers gives me - I know scrivs links to me too every now and then and only when it’s relevant so I don’t think you deserve the cultist badge Jamsi. In fact if you did a post count I don’t think you will find me mentioned on this blog all that often, just a few things I did and wrote about in a short period of time recently interested a lot of people and resulted in a few posts in a row about me.

kazana - I think you maybe confused, I don’t actually offer counselling and life coaching. That’s my mother, I just link to her site to help her with her search engine rankings. I designed her site and manage her AdWords campaigns but at this stage she does all the counselling :) - I get to be a patient sometimes too! She’s in her 50s and quite good at what she does.

Given that I don’t make a clear distinction that it’s my mother’s site I link to in my “Yaro’s Projects” section I can understand why you made that assumption. I should clarify that, thanks for bringing it up.

I’m actually 26 by the way and I do make “a couple of thousand” per month from web business. The topics on my blog are about me and my making money online activities and that does include the odd motivational ramble now and then too - perfect cultist materials :-) - however I make money from affiliate programs, online business, advertising and information products. If you read my blog articles on how I make money online you would know that.
