This Is The East Side Right?
It must be because I’m feeling a lot like George Jefferson right now :)
If you’re a loyal reader of Workboxers there has been another change. I’d love to fill you in on all the details but I don’t have them yet. At any rate Kris is no longer the Blogger here, I am… and whether that benefits you is yet to be known lol…
I told my editor yesterday I’d have a first post up last night but good ‘ole Savannah, Ga. had a power outage that lasted from 7:30 pm to 5:15 am. Sorry Doug.
Who am I? Mark Wade… I’ve had my own personal Blog here for two years. I wrote quite a bit early on about Blogging, generally regurgitating what Darren, Duncan and a few others would say, adding a bit now and then. I’ve been online since 1997 and, until early this year, was the administrator of the Free Ad Central advertising network. I’ve now taken control of Free Ad Central from its incredibly talented creator Wayne Davies (with his blessings).
I know a small amount about marketing and promotion online in my own right but I’ll be the first to tell you that I’ve only been able to accumulate that knowledge by paying attention to many who came before me. Some of them are still here and it will be part of my focus to bring them to you to be of service.
Though it may have disappeared from the front page of Workboxers there is still an “About” page in the archives. I asked my editor in what direction the folks at b5 thought Workboxers ought to be going from here. He said “Making money online, flipping sites, news and updates about the status of things related to that, etc” and I told him that would work for me. Then I found the “About” page which says: “WorkBoxers offers free content in an effort to help you achieve financial success online. Because WorkBoxers is a blog, you’ll find new articles that popup throughout the week.”
And that also works for me… I hope it works for you too.
One additional tidbit, without fanfare, I’m not new to b5 8O

Hey Mark - after much skimming through your blog to understand what it is about, I finally found this post. Thanks for the clarification. I don’t understand the name Workboxer, but I am sure it is a technical term.
Second, it is good to understand a little about you, where you have been and where are attempting to go with your blog. I don’t understand a lot of what I see here, but I am sure it must have something to do with my right brain. In any case, I will be here visiting your blog through out the month. I will also be sending some friend here to learn about some of the things you speak about, for example SEO. Thanks for contributing and confirming that there is still a lot for me to learn. Workboxer will be a place to challenge me to gain more knowledge about internet stuff, and please teach me how to make some money on line! :)
