Contactify is a free online service providing contact pages to keep you in touch with your readers, business contacts, or anyone you give the link to but the benefit of the service is not just the simple contact page but how the page is delivered.
Getting started with Contactify is simple. All you have to do is enter your email address and choose a password. You will then be asked to confirm a CAPTCHA but thats it. Contactify then provides you with a link to give out as your contact information. My Contactify link is www.contactify.com/29f53. The link is devoid of private details but gives you a rather compact way to allow people to get in touch.
Some people may be wondering why not to just give out your email address? The simple answer to this is spam. Spam is one of the biggest slowdowns in your work day (mine anyways) and Contactify allows you the option of distributing a link rather than you actual email address easing the amount of spam you receive. Also, if you are like me, you may have a tendency of over checking one email address and forgetting about others. This allows you to distribute one link to everyone. Blogs, forums, and business cards can now all have the same link allowing you to be contacted easier and receive less spam than if your email address was public.
