Workboxers 2.0

by kris on May 1st, 2007

Workboxers has been neglected for exactly 5 months now having no new posts sine January 1st but that is all about to change and I am going to be the person at the helm of this great ship. My name is Kris Karkoski and I’ve been blogging professionally for nearly a year now and I have plenty of bumps and bruises to show for it. I joined the b5 family of blogs in December on Jab and Grapple and then started working on Games Industry Wire in January. Outside of this company I dedicate my time to creating content and optimizing UFCDaily.com. But now for what really matters: what you can expect to see on Workboxers under my reign here.

Do not fret those of you who came here looking for SEO goodness, we’ll have that along with tons of other stuff. Since my official “job” description is internet entrepreneur and web developer I hope to share what I’ve learned so far and provide a glimpse into the past, present, and future of web development through posts on everything and anything that applies to the topic at hand.

I am not going to attempt to copy what the previous writers of this blog have done. That’s not my style. Instead I will use my unique approach to making money online and help you succeed. This is a reboot (hence the 2.0) and although everything previously published can still be found in the archives consider this a new starting point where I start from the ground up in helping you build an internet empire.

Now for the juicy stuff: what exactly am I going to cover? Be forewarned that I don’t have a bulleted list of topics to cover on this blog but it will suffice to say that it will be a blend of techniques, strategies, news, insight, and case studies all with the aim of helping you succeed on your web project whether it be starting an e-commerce business to creating a popular blog I will cover a broad range of topics, some of which will be more specific and focused than others. Among the intended topics are internet entrepreneur interviews, case studies, SEO tips, software reviews, home office tips, products to make your work more efficient, deals, and general internet advice. Everything I cover has one aim: helping you succeed online.

Thanks for stopping by at the beginning of what is sure to be a lasting voyage. If you like these topics subscribe to the or bookmark us. Also, if you have ideas, suggestions, or simply want to plug your site to me for a future case study or interview email me at

    Kris my man,

Good luck with it all. Most of the archived stuff is mine whilst it was under my ownership, but feel free to go over it all - it’s all dated advice anyhow :)

How fast the world changes …

Thanks for the words of encouragements, I really appreciate it. I plan on going through all of the archives and updating some of the posts for anything that’s changed. I am ecstatic about this site and feel it has become a great resource and I look to build on it.
