Work Boxers Forum

by Paul on April 29th, 2005

There are a couple of quality forums on the Web that have a focus on AdSense, affiliate marketing and other means of making money onlnie, but they lack one thing. They don’t have the people who comment here commenting on them. So I decided I would put up a forum to open up the discussion a bit here on Work Boxers instead of having you wait for me to blog about a topic.

I am far from being the most knowledgable person when it comes to making money. I am constantly learning and just trying to post my experiences on this site. There are others who read this site who could definitely teach me a multitude of things and I am hoping they can share their thoughts in the forums.

Now basically I am breaking every rule when it comes to starting a successful forum. There is no branding on the forums with the exceptions of some of the text. No set policies with regards to what can and cannot be posted. There is only one post so far and only one member. So yeah it looks like a ghost town, but over time I know it will grow and the rules will create themselves, but the forum will be heavily moderated by me just like the comments on this site.

So if you ever wanted me to write about something then you can ask that question in the forums and maybe I can help you or someone else much faster than it would take me to write a single entry on it.

Enjoy.

Scrivs, I was wondering when you were going to add a forum. After the discussion about them a while back, it could only have been a matter of time…

From a making money standpoint, adding a forum makes a ton of sense; what a way to add free, indexable content!

Can’t wait to get into it.

Well it was definitely me more making the conscious decision of taking the time to upkeep them. It can be time consuming just monitoring the comments on your own blog, but managing a forum is about 100x more effort.
